At Hobnob Restaurant, we’ve always believed it’s important to know where your food comes from and we have a commitment to local and sustainable agriculture. Last year we took it one step further by starting our own garden. Our organically-grown garden supplies us with the majority of our lettuces, greens, and herbs, plus onions, broccoli, peppers, okra, tomatoes (lots of heirlooms!), cucumbers, zucchini, and much more.
Hobnob continues to serve locally-grown beef, chicken, pork, and trout, and paired with the produce we grow, it means that we’re cooking amazing food with amazing food!
We’d like to thank the following for their support of this project:
Dan Harris and the FFA at Brevard High School
Kelly Holbrooke, Master Gardener
Jim Fox for building our rain water collection and cistern
Chad Campbell for installing our beneficial flower beds and more
How does our garden grow? Come by Hobnob today and taste the difference!
